HOW DOES THIS WORK?
We apply a cleaner to the tile and grout that helps to release
the dirt. Then using our Truck Mounted Equipment and a special
cleaning tool, we apply 200 degree water at 800-1200 psi
into the tile and grout blasting all the dirt out of the
fine pours. While the water is being applied, we are
constantly sucking the water and dirt out to leave the tile
and grout clean.
I only have time for a
few free demo's every month, so give us a call. We will come
out and do a pre-inspection on your tile and grout. And then
we will do a small demo area to show you how it will look
when we are done. We will be happy to answer any questions
you have and we will give you a quote while we are there.
Notice the difference
in the clean tan grout from the dirty grout. |

We recieved
the comment below regarding the 'before and after' photos
above:
"I
recently had my ceramic tile floor in the kitchen cleaned
by your company. I thought I had walked in to the wrong
house after it was cleaned. It looked fantastic! I was
very pleased with the work and also with Darwin's friendly
professionalism. A friend of mine recently came to visit
and asked how I got my floor so clean and I was happy to
give her your name. I would not hesitate to refer my friends
to your company."
Thank
you,

"Darwin & Lori, I
can't tell you how different our floor looks! That tile is original
to the house and has been down at least 31 years... it looks
almost brand new! When I walked in this evening I couldin't belive
it. It's beyond what I expected and I thank you. We were actually
talking about taking the floor out, but now we don't have to!
The carpets also look fabulous! Thanks so much for traveling
this far...it was worth it for me I hope it was worth it for
you!"
