there, they inspect the carpeting and discuss with me if I may remember
what may have caused the stain so they can treat it properly, they are very
thorough and post cleaning again do an inspection with you and make
recommendations on drying and also carry and sell a high qualility stain
cleaner to use for those urgent or animal/children/personal accidents that
happen as life happens. Both of them are very friendly and always conduct
themselves in a very professional manner! As for the cream colored
carpeting, they help me to keep it looking as new as possible. I barely
ever worry about accidents anymore because they are there promptly when you
need them. I still ask people to take their shoes off but I dont even think they can help break that habit! We have had a beautiful well installed tile kitchen floor since 2001. Every year the grout gets darker and darker in color in spite of all the cleaning we have tried. We were reduced to using Clorox and a toothbrush to clean the grout. Very time consuming! We decided to have the tile cleaned after you cleaned our carpet last year (beautifully we might add) and we read your brochure on cleaning tile. We are so glad we had you clean our tile. We will never wait so many years to clean our floor again. It looks like a brand new floor.
